All sales are final. Once your box ships, it cannot be returned — but if something's off, email us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items? Contact support@snacksafebox.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations must be made before your billing date. Canceling after you've been charged stops future renewals but won't refund the current box.

Prepaid plans are non-refundable mid-term. Canceling a 3, 6, or 12-month plan stops the next term from starting — remaining months are not refunded.
